In the 1980ies the Sarsaparilla Company were able to obtain some of the old Frankart molds.  This lovely set is one example.  If you were able to find the original  the price would be double.  The ladies are haughty and flirty.  They are very substantial.  They are 7 inches tall and about 7 1/2 inches at the widest.

This is quite an unusual cigarette holder.  Before we extol the details of this wonderful piece we want you to know it has been repaired...but the carving is so good and unusual it overcomes this detail.  The holder is about 3 3/4 inches long and the mouth piece is in an amber plastic material.  The lady sits with her legs crossed.

The Frankart Company used this same elephant for a lamp...from what we have found they sold them as a pair.  This little man has been restored...by a master craftsman.  The tip of his trunk was broken and all the original paint gone....as you can see Mr. Elephant is back to his original splendid self.  The milk glass insert is the original.  He measures about 7 inches tall and is 6 inches tall.  The piece is signed behind the left ear.

This is an ashtray was made to advertise Mack trucks.  It was designed for the cigar smoker.   It measures about 7 inches in diameter and 4 1/2" high. It has a chrome base on which is mounted a Mack Bulldog hood ornament. Is signed "Central Die Casting Mfg Co, Chicago USA."0

The lighter is concealed in the top of the holder.  This piece graced the coffee table during the late 1920s.  It is made of aluminum and detailed with green enamel.  The piece is 5 inches tall and 3 inches in diameter.

Talk about fabulous...the design of this piece has great deco elements as well a touch of Art Nouveau in the leaf styled handles.  Wonderful colors.  There is one very small chip on the underside...you can't see it unless you pick the piece up and turn if over.  It is just under 8 inches tall and about 8 inches at the widest.  It is marked "Made in Czechoslovakia."

The color of this tray is terrific!  The lovely  5 blue dishes set on a white wood tray.  We feel this was probably produced by the Hazel Atlas company.  The tray and inserts are in primo condition.  It measures 17 1/2 by 9 1/2 inches.  A very substantial piece.

Greenburg Glass Works  produced fine black glass in the late 1920s.  The mold number of this piece is 181.   The tray holds six glasses...take a look at the ones below...they really look nice on the tray and fit beautifully.  The piece measures 8 1/2 inches across and is about 8 inches tall.

This wonderful vase once  graced a 1920ies home.  Three pieces...great lines...great color.  The vase sits on a stepped black glass stand and on the inside is a fabulous diamond shaped frog.  There is a small inside crack in the flower holder...unable to be seen until picked up and turned over.  The color just glows. It measures 11 inches across and is 7 inches tall.

A full 12 inches in diameter and 3 inches tall.  All you need is a flower frog and you can have a dynamic bouquet or a quiet Japanese 4 flour display.  It also footed.  It has been used over the years and has normal wear...nothing of concern.

This shoe went dancing in the early 1900's.  It is made of hard plastic and has incised on the knife "Depose."  It is about 2 1/2 inches long.  It is in very nice condition. It has a couple of "age" spots...very minor...not of concern.

The patina on this 11 inch lady is just beautiful.  The only "oopies" are a couple of small chips on the base...nothing of great concern.  The design is so  Deco.  We feel this piece is of French origin.  The outfit, the movement shows the artist that designed the piece knew great nightclub dancing.

Wow...this piece is quite interesting.  It is 14 inches across and about 2 feet tall. The base  is is mounted on a round piece of Lucite.  There is some wear but minor and the interest of this piece is so strong is overrides this.  Very different and interest.

This lady has a neck that most of us would love to have!  This piece would look great as a decor accent in an Art Deco room...or on a ladies vanity table.  The lady is just under 30 inches tall and the base is about 6 inches square.  There is some ear on the face but overall in a  very acceptable condition .

One the of signature designs in the Deco era is the Antipope.  I think is because the animal is so beautiful and sleek.  This design is the lovely women embracing  her bow in one hand and the caressing the animal with the bother.  The details are wonderful!  The piece measures 7 inches across and is a little over 9 inches tall.

This Deco designed was used for mail holders...this is a very unusual and unique piece.  There is some minor rust spot on the handle...expected of a piece of this age.  The piece measures about 17 inches tall and 13 inches wide.

First I have to share with you the letter opener has some small chips on the edge...I will be happy to send you a picture of the area...very minor.  The colors are terrific...sunny yellow and dark brown Bakelite...so dark it almost looks black.  It is in the original box  and has the a sticker on the back that identifies it as F. A. Streit Company of Forchheim, Germany.  This set was probably produced during the grand Bau Haus period.

Isadora was an icon of the Art Deco movement...her signature was a exotic dance with scarves.   There was a lamp base and books ends made from this same mold.  The paint is chipped but the tune is still there.  Isadora is 5 inches tall.

Vantines is one of the most famous perfume and incense burner manufactures of the late 19th and early 20th century.   Their designs are legendary.  I am guessing the metal is bronze...has a wonderful worn green patina.  it is a little over 3 inches square and stands about 3 inches tall.

Highly prized...this is what came to mind when we first saw this dresser piece.  Lovely patina on the metal and the mirror is in good condition.  The base is wood.  The piece measures a little over 13 inches at the highest and the base is 3 1/2 inches wide and 11 inches long.  We have cleaned up the base.

If you love clowns or are a collector of letter openers this is a delightful item for you!  The details on the opening is wonderful with details of the clown's belt.  The case is probably a marriage...and has a wonderful Art Nouveau look.  Incised is "May the news I open be kindly spoken"...don't we wish that when we get our winter electric bill?   The opener and case are a little over eight inches long and the opener is 1 3/4 inches wide.
